It is more of an experience catered towards younger kids and that isn’t a bad thing but I’d say there is much work to be done in the direction of treating animals humanely, especially when you cater to vegan and vegetarian diners, I don’t think those sort of customers enjoy watching horses whipped so that they can courtesy. The show itself was relatively entertaining for kids, as for adults, you would be more interested by the jousting and maybe the sword fighting. There isn’t anything bad about the options provided, it’s a step in the right direction but compared to the amount of food provided for non-vegan patrons, there was considerably less available for the same price. Aside from a slice of cake and ice cream where sherbet is provided for the vegan dish. You don’t need to whip a horse into doing tricks for an audience to be entertained, let alone have the volume that loud while the horses are on the stage.įor the dining, vegan and vegetarian options are essentially the same. There is the ability to do a jousting show with consideration for the horses well being and safety, I cannot say that I am impressed with that part of the experience. The rest of the show is (for the most part) well choreographed. After my visit it was evident that the horses were only performing because they were afraid of being whipped, in one instance the horse was actually running from its trainer as a part of the routine. ![]()

Almost no wear, but I only used the size 1 for about 10% of tasks, and the size 0 and 00 for eyes pretty much exclusively. I did the same thing for all my W&N S7 brushes (00,0,1,2) and they are all looking to go well over a year. But this is anecdotal at best, so take it with a grain of salt. I've never had issues with the bristles getting damaged this way, and personally found the risk of putting the sleeve on over and over to be possible hazardous to the brush. I also never bothered putting that bristle sleeve back on the brush when not in use, and instead put the brush tip up in a cup with all my other brushes. I have also started to have to tweezer out some individual hairs. I also am starting to notice that metallic pigments seem to dig into the bristles and damage them more quickly, causing the brush to become more soft more quickly. In my experience, if you frequently rinse the brush, and don't leave it bristles down in a cup or something you can expect a year out of one of those brushes. I don't use the master's hand soap but I use some other corn husk soap I got from my art supplies store that works just as well. I have head that specific brush, working it pretty hard, for almost exactly one year and am only now starting to notice some fatigue on the brush. I wash it probably once in every 2-4 working sessions, or every session (or at least more frequently) when I use it with metallic pigment paints. 2 for everything I paint, not just the details. To build on this, I have been using my W&N Series 7 No. I have a Raphael that I got for Christmas last year, and it's probably about to the end of it's life cycle, and I over used it for the first few months. If you do these type of things, you can expect your nice brushes to last about a year, maybe more if you don't paint a ton. At the end of each painting session, after you clean your brush, put that back on, being careful to not bend any bristles back. Third, keep that little plastic cover for your brush. The Master's brush soap is one of the better ones, but some people like conditioner (as in the hair product) for cleaning their brushes, since nice brushes are made of real fur. Second, yes, take care of them using brush soap. I only break out my nice brushes when I'm doing detail work. The brush i'm currently using was from a pack of 30 that cost $8, and it will likely last me about a month or so. ![]() 90% of your work should be done with a big cheap brush that has a great point. The bulk of the backlash stemmed from Kape’s past activities in the advertising space when it was known as Crossrider. ![]() (LTMI), a company with an established history in creating privacy tools, including PIA VPN in 2010.Īt the time, the acquisition of PIA garnered some controversy. In November 2019, Kape Technologies acquired Private Internet Access from London Trust Media Inc. However, a verified no-logs policy offsets most of the issues posed by it.Īfter multiple real-world verifications, we are confident that PIA’s privacy policy and logging practices can withstand its privacy-unfriendly jurisdiction, and you can trust this VPN with your data. Normally we’d advise you not to use a VPN based in a Five Eyes country like the US. The Patriot Act also gives US authorities sweeping powers to collect and retain data, especially through the use of National Security Letters. The US is a founding member of the Five Eyes (FVEY) intelligence alliance, which has automatic systems in place to collect and share surveillance data with Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK. PIA is headquartered in the United States, which is widely considered to be one of the worst places to base a VPN company. Altogether, this makes PIA the best no-logs VPN on the market. These court cases are real-world tests supporting the company’s logging claims - the best form of proof a VPN can provide. Deloitte, the auditor, found that no details that could be used to identify PIA users are stored on the VPN’s servers. A bold move we want to see more VPN service providers follow.Īs well, the VPN’s no-logs policy claims have been audited as recently as August 2022. PIA subsequently removed all of its Russian VPN servers in protest to this incident. The Russian government also seized PIA servers in 2016 but did not find any retained connection or activity data. The FBI subpoenaed PIA in a 2016 court case, but despite receiving an official data request, PIA simply had no information to hand over. PIA’s no-logs policy has been externally verified on several occasions. PIA also releases regular transparency reports that detail the number of requests for data it has received from government agencies, along with how many it has complied with (as of August 2023: zero). Here’s an overview: Regular Transparency Reports This alone would make PIA one of the best VPNs for privacy, but it’s what it does outside of its logging policy that makes it so trustworthy. If you’re in a hurry, we’ve made a short video review of Private Internet Access that covers all of the must-know results from our testing in less than a minute:Įxcerpt from the no-logs PIA Privacy Policy. If you’re worried about checking the wrong box or using the wrong setting, consider a less complex VPN. PIA can be simple to use, but there’s an awful lot of options that might confuse you if you’ve never used a VPN before. This means that you can’t use PIA to change your virtual location on devices like your Apple TV or Roku. We’ve tested PIA’s Smart DNS plenty of times, and it never works to unblock streaming services. You use streaming apps on non-VPN devices. If you’re gaming or streaming while connected to servers in other continents, you might notice a drop in performance. PIA’s speeds when connected to extremely remote VPN servers are worse than a lot of its competitors. You need high speeds from distant locations. This is all possible on a tight budget, too – PIA is the best cheap VPN out there. ![]() It’s fast, super secure, and has features like port forwarding and SOCKS5 to optimize your P2P traffic as much as possible. When connected we barely measured any speed loss versus our regular download speeds. PIA has been proven in US court to not store any personal user connection data - that’s the biggest reassurance possible for a VPN. ![]() ![]() Our guide lists the complete Kennedy Space Center (KSC) rocket launch schedule for 2023 and the Cape Canaveral rocket launch schedule for 2023.
